Pros

Some of the developers are cool. Nice and easy remote work policy enabling employees to miss traffic. Lunch on Fridays was nice.

Cons

I was 100% content at my last role. Was not even looking. A recruiting firm found me for a role at Spoken. They recruited me, hired me after several interviews and months later, after a leadership change, let me go as part of a RIF. Why hire me if you are going to let me go within a year? I don't think this company has the maturity needed for people to depend on them. No performance reviews were taken into consideration for the RIF (since they don't actually have a review process) and managers found out about the RIF the same time as the employees.
