Pros

I can't find any good reason to work here after my experience. You'll make more money and get a better work environment on any other job

Cons

Toxic environment, no communication, they reduce your fee for mistakes that are not your fault. They don't give any reasonable explanation for your fee being cut off. They don't consider that referees may be a big part for the "mistakes" done while covering the events. Rustic software, doesn't even allow to remove scores that were added "by mistake" because of referees doing their job slowly.
