Business outlook
Pros
Friendly, sociable people. Nice feeling of teamwork between departments. Reasonable work/life balance. Things like ping-pong and group lunches helped create a relaxed atmosphere. Strong bicycling culture.
Cons
Tension between white collar engineering/business/sales group and blue collar manufacturing. Some initial problems with QA (the interface between these groups) caused development and release problems, but QA issues were resolved. Not a lot of career building potential because of small company size and slow growth.
