You can even wear casual attire at work. Everyone is approachable and eager to support you on your way. No KPI only results oriented. Commission is very transparent and you earn what you deserve.

There is no draw system; you basically get paid a commission for every single deal you close. Spotted is the best company I have worked for so far. I like the people and enjoy coming to the office. I also appreciate the flexibility they provide me to focus on generating revenue rather than hitting KPIs that have no real connection with billing. CEO is very hands-on and has lots of experience. I was surprised by the huge portfolio of clients, including Japanese Tech Startups and global Tech companies, as well as clients from different industries such as VC, and Retail. You will definitely have more than enough roles to work on at all times here.
