      Pros

      A small, intimate team where everyone gets along, and where you'll get to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. Genuinely lovely atmosphere most of the time.

      Cons

      The job is quite underpaid, and the management committee can be quite uncoordinated.

      Pros

      Free tea & coffee, although that might be going soon to save the company money. Porters are friendly. Night rate 30% enhancement which may be reduced or stopped altogether to save more money. One free small Easter egg each year.

      Cons

      Manager's ok but lost respect for him when he allowed his favourite to sleep half the shift. Continual cutbacks affect staff moral. The lengths the company go to in order to save money are surprising considering the place is for private as well as NHS patients. Often use 2nd hand or 3rd hand equipment which fail or fall apart or just not suitable. Cut back on staff then end up using agency costing more. Very poor communication.
