      Remote working is great and team meet ups - seeing people face to face is more important than you think

      Cons

      Sprout is fast becoming a dictatorship with new management. Too much favouritism in place and everyone in sales has an agenda, you can't trust anyone as it's a dog eat dog world here now.

      Favouritism at its peak. Worst experience so far in career.

      Pros

      They'll pull you in with tales of its culture and you'll be sold for a while but then the rug will be swiftly pulled from under you. Guaranteed!

      Cons

      Favoritism which leads to some earning considerable more than others. Whether you suceed and fly or whether you crash and burn will depend on management and your fate will be decided soon after you are hired. Lots of unpleasant comments by management. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere before the life is sucked out of you.
