Pros

- Art team has a good amount of work to do. That would be recommendation here for people looking out for job in art. - US and China counterparts are far better than India

Cons

Below all is for Mumbai office • HR - The major goal is to spread the wrong news and spread a chinese whisper. - Raise any concern to HR, it back fires on you. They do not focus on solving the employees issues/concerns - Entire HR team is arrogant, irresponsible, negative attitude. • Management / Managers - They also want you to work over weekends: no work life balance ( I have worked in startups but this is too much) - If you deny or put forth you concern of not working over weekends, you would threatened of not receiving the salary. - Main aim is politics. - They do not stand by what they say even if it’s in email. - Managers play favoritism. • Common cons - Everyone wants to be a the top level no respect between peers. - Finance was great when it was handled by a single person. - Salary isn’t on time. - Your work is not valued. - No skill enhancement. - No career growth NOTE: MOST OF THE POSITIVE COMMENTS THAT YOU SEE/READ IN COMMENTS IS FROM INTERNAL TEAM TO SHOW POSITIVE SIDE (trust me on this) and its all fake. ADVICE: Think, rethink and repeat thinking before you join the organization.

Immature B round company going nowhere and can't raise money

Pros

typical startup environment with ping-pong, games and daily cookouts.

Cons

Square Panda – an immature B round company with a high burn rate that relies on periodic bailout funding from its primary investor Andre Agassi since it fails to get C round funding. The USA CEO and the “Global CTO” in India are completely disconnected and ineffective which creates a chaotic environment where nobody notices that nothing gets done. Job satisfaction is zero. Possibility for advancement is zero. Confidence that there will be money to pay the bills is zero. People continue to worry that their job function will be moved to India or China where all the customers are. All the recent reviews are from India, not the USA where cost-cutting continues. Expenses are paid late and only after you are given the runaround from finance. They will finance your exciting overseas trip to China on YOUR credit card for as long as possible.

Pros

The people are nice to your face

Cons

-Sometimes paychecks are processed late (probably due to lack of funding..) -The curriculum is a joke. It doesn't actually help kids learn anything. -They act on a whim, they don't think anything out. This is true for spending, curriculum, planning games, hiring, etc. -They don't value individuals. -They don't support career growth (it's.. impossible here) -They don't communicate well at all. -CEO just likes to name drop celebrities to make employees feel like everything is secure -There is absolutely no structure or process.. for anything. Constantly in a scramble.
