      Mismanaged UK office in an identity crisis

      Close-knit among non-management staff, inclusive of both young singles/daters and married people alike.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with good experience Office is cool Standard tech company perks are good

      Cons

      Management don't seem to know what they are doing. They congratulate and promote themselves but aren't good enough to realise they are the problem with the company. Turnover is really bad - people are always leaving, it is very demotivating (there are always excuses for it) All of the "benefits" aren't made up for by terrible management (especially one who no one will seem to admit isn't smart enough to be leading) - nobody can understand why they are still here or why the Australian owners keep letting them work. I wouldn't recommend joining Squiz. You will be promised lots and told that the glassdoor reviews aren't right, thats what they told me, but I guess that someone must have been told to write the good reviews Everyone is unhappy and there is constant talk of leaving Pays is below average
