Pros

I cant think of any, You get free food, but its not worth it. Awful place.

Cons

Too many to count. There is no process or induction for new staff, completely thrown in the deep end with no support and then you get told off for doing things incorrectly. Staff and management are horrific, racist, sexist and money hungry.

Pros

To deliver some great work for interesting clients. Some awesome people doing their best and wonderful to work with.

Cons

Relentless pace with some big egos chasing revenue at the expense of staff wellbeing. The abusive nature of the owner has a ripple effect across the agency - he lacks critical thinking skills, is paranoid, and verbally abusive to staff. He often threatens staff with legal action and reprimands them this way.

Pros

A few good people scattered around. Nice building (not location).

Cons

Seriously dubious and unethical. From the top down. Family run. Very little care about creative work or burning staff. Short-sighted and erratic. HR is sneaky but also inept. Best compared to a budget New Zealand version of the HBO show 'Succession.' Hands down the worst agency I've worked at.
