I did not get anything good regarding this company. The only thing which is better in this company is that you will dream many dreams inspired by your supervisors, which will never come true.
Cons
There are a tons of cons out there - 1. There is no structure of the company 2. Office politics at its best 3. No one knows when they will get paid or they will even paid 4. This company never allow any single leave let alone paid leave 5. This company will force you to keep working for hours after hours but they will not pay any single extra penny 6. The salary structure is like you are leaving in 1990 (Trust me you can't even imagine) I will write rest of the shits in future
