      opportunities to learn and get involved in all different areas of the business for any young engineers who are keen to learn.

      Cons

      there are not much opportunities to go up the ladder once you have been there for a few years. People have to retire for a position to become vacants

      Pros

      Exceptional health insurance and medical benefits that truly care for employees during critical times. The company provides great annual perks such as recreation allowances, vacation allowances, and performance bonuses. The site operations are equipped with top-tier facilities, making the day-to-day workload relatively manageable and comfortable. A great place if you are looking for a massive "comfort zone"

      Cons

      There is a massive invisible ceiling and a "caste system" culture between organic technicians and ex-multinational hires. The annual salary increment is extremely poor, even for those who consistently achieve "Top Performer" status. Career progression for blue-collar/technician roles is heavily stagnant with zero clarity on how to transition into engineering or management levels. You will likely be stuck in the same role for years regardless of your actual field competency.
