So many red flags you cannot miss, since first interview i saw so many red flags like bunch of people leaving and worst upper management(CEO and CTO), they bring toxic vibes to the company, scream at the office talk unrespectfully, count the time you sit on your chair without caring about your delivery and tasks, always blame others and never take responsibility (its part of the culture there) while having no self awareness about their actions, personally since day 1 no one even cared what im doing even when i asked my team and manager for work they did not collaborate, just keep looking for other jobs there's a reason its so easy to be accepted there(i personally stayed there for VERY short period)

awful micromanagement, they monitor every second you are late, you are forced to come to the office every day which is located in the most uncomfortable location, the most toxic work environment iv'e ever encountered.. upper management screams at and humiliate employees on a daily basis, no structured work flow and everything is just a big mess (but of course it's never the management's fault)
