      Pros

      Great dev team with really good culture. Helpful with pairing and reviews. Always constructive at retros and the like. Senior management willing to try 4 day week trial. A lovely place to work.

      Cons

      NFTs. Some poor communication from senior management regarding important decisions.

      Great team and people, strong development stack and flexibility to work remotely, to hours that suit you and room to explore and expand your technical skills.

      Cons

      Not a lot of communication outside of the development team as to what's going on within the company, other than that there's nothing really negative about the company or working for them in any way.
