whisky allowance, great teammates, role itself was amazing.
Cons
upper management very set in their ways. zero concern for feedback from staff and HR very clearly employed to minimise staff being able to voice concern or change, along with fostering a terrible staff culture. a sinking ship.

Some good people, good whisky, free parking.
Cons
Zero culture. Terrible offices (uninspiring). Internet does not work so staff have to hotspot off personal phones. Tough industry, redundancies globally in 2024. In the recent restructure, some team members told if they did/didn't have a job on a Teams video call (not in person). Strategy changes every 6 months. Poor communication. No career progression opportunities.
