      Pros

      Good bonuses, lots of autonomy. Still low stress. If you are lucky enough to get in here and can keep your head down, you'll do well and have a long career. If you want to move up fast - this is not the place for you unless you are related to someone high up or an Agent.

      Cons

      Not many cons. They aren't as good at diversity as they say they are. Not the best leaders although some do try.
