Pros

Apparent flexibility when there is actually no clarification of duties

Cons

They hire you when nothing is set up for you. They hire you for 3rd party companies who actually have nothing set up for you so you can't do start work. I sat for 3 weeks with absolutely no communication. I punched in every day for a few hours to do my own research on the position and company and then was fired in the spot for doing so in an extremely rude manner. I was told to punch in whenever doing any work related things but then was fired for doing so. So much for women supporting women. I was shown how small and catty women are when I was fired and told off like a small child. They have bad costly benefits and no PTO for 90 days.. Including Christmas Thanksgiving and any national holidays. Unheard of. They also charge a fee to get 401k. Pathetic.

Pros

None, biggest WASTE OF TIME

Cons

Unorganized, 3rd party vendors who play a vital role in a Bermuda Triangle set up. So, when you need to login for hours , it’s one software setup, want to setup an email, another company setup, working with clients yet another company software. Cheap resources that do not hold any accountable results. Three weeks sitting and waiting to be trained after receiving hardware. Nobody from HR ever responds back in a timely fashion to train you. So, your stuck sitting there getting no results. Then, upper management wats to know why you cannot produce. What a joke.
