What stood out the most was that every single person was recognized, no matter their role or designation, which you don’t really see everywhere. It didn’t feel forced, it felt real. Events like this actually help build trust and transparency across the team. Overall, it just feels good to be part of the Staydify Systems journey and see that effort being acknowledged.

Working on production issues has significantly boosted my confidence and problem-solving skills. Code reviews here focus on logic and architecture rather than just formatting or minor style comments, which makes them much more valuable.
