-Thrown right into the mix and respected
-Ample opportunity for growth and PAID TRAVEL
-Young office, great culture
-Manager is a GO-GETTER and cares about his employees
-Consistent coaching
Cons
-Early mornings, be ready for a new alarm time
-A lot of coaching, be ready to have a student mentality (is this even a con?)
Graduating this past December, I was floored by the fact that every job I applied to required 3-5 years experience. When I sat down with Steel Cardinal’s hiring manager, he told me they would provide paid training and would let me advance based on my own work. Since accepting the position, I have been so grateful to see the continued mentorship through one-on-ones with my manager and the constant support from the whole team.
Cons
It’s not a typical 9-5 job, it’s something different every day. With the focus on mentorship, it’s important to be comfortable in a team environment.
