Pros

Slightly better pay than bigger drinks companies. Most people are nice.

Cons

Stoli is a company with nice people, but no culture or staff development plans. They lure people from big drinks companies with a slightly better salary but there aren't any other perks or benefits. The company desperately tries to act as an international business, but ultimately, it's a Russian-run enterprise that always has cash flow problems - that show vert quickly in bad times.
