Pros
Some amazing, lovely, hard working people who really want to help veterans - but there work is made harder because certain people either don't know what there doing or care more about themselves.
Cons
Leaders seem to be more concerned about their own career progression. Places for veterans taken up by people who neither actively served in the military or have no connections with the military. Fundraising needs major overhaul. Led by incompetence, lack of professionalism and a high turnover of staff. Events ran at a loss, only funding coming in is through the Trusts department. Needs some big changes at the top Lots of issues between the veterans, CEO and senior managers Veteran's lose out in the end
