No cons that I can think of at this point

Check your tax codes and estimated earnings. At least 10 including myself have been issued tax bills as they have told HMRC we are earning between 300 grand to 1.1 million pounds a year. As a waiter??? They have not paid anyone's tax properly and we all owe money to the tax office through no fault of our own. Even when people have left they are still months later updating our earnings with HMRC and won't issue p45. Its a mess. Just to add insult to injury they have not paid the staff for last month either. The whole company is a sham . Avoid
