Convinient location if you are based on the North Shore decent pay for this location
Cons
Lack of communication with management expected to get things done very quickly and expected to be up to speed within your first week of working. Also a lot of bullying from management in my short 6 month stint 8 people have resigned so you know there is an issue.

Business is growing with lots of opportunities for career advancement. - Great reputation for quality advice and training - Excellent salaries, bonuses and other perks/staff functions/weekly drinks - Company provides on going training on new products and services - Management are friendly/helpful/supportive and easy to talk to - Flexibility to work from home
Cons
Like any job if you want to produce results you have to work hard and give 110% everyday. May have to work extra hours depending on your role etc Limited office space as company is growing bigger
