      Pros

      There are no real pros to this company that I can think of anymore. It’s such an embarrassment now. There used to be good Pro's. Now it’s a joke.

      Board of Directors Corporate Advisory Team The core values. No longer career opportunities. Trust with employees is no longer.

      Pros

      Most peopel are valuable due to Pegs overall inexperience.

      Cons

      These contracts are exclusively awarded to "women owned companies", which in itself means that they are not necessarily the best group of people to do the job. The owner replaces lack of ability with abusiveness. Nepotism runs rapid throughout the organization, and the overall experience has been horrible.

      Pros

      This can be a "lax" environment, and sometimes there is little micromanaging. Flex time has been approved. Pay for certain positions is better than average market.

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism, company nepotism, personality contest instead of being reviewed on actual work quality.
