      Pros

      I came in with no background in marketing and within a few months I had already learned so much and even got promoted because of the training and the mentorship provided to me!

      Cons

      Hard work pays off - if you want to see results you need to put in the effort.

      Pros

      They want you to succeed, so they give you all of the tools to help you make that happen! I've been with the company for less than a year and have already surpassed my expectations for what I expected here.

      Cons

      Hard work pays off. If you want to see the promotions and opportunities they talk about, you really do have to put in effort. You get promoted based off of the work you put in rather than how long you have been here, so you really control your future!

      Pros

      the training program at Stream makes it easy to grow within the company! I was worried about getting a real job after college, but luckily I got hired at Stream and haven't looked back since!

      Cons

      If you don't like to put in work, this might not be the job for you. They promote based on your hard work, so it really is up to you to succeed, but as long as you're pulling your weight, you WILL see results!
