Great People, tough business

Pros
Small company so you know everyone. Very caring people and genuine. Casual work environment. Casual fridays seemed like most days. Nice offices and general office set up.
Cons
Pay wasn't that great as a BDM. Draw against commission. As a BDM, found it very hard to get prospects to have a conversation with myself. Lots and lots of phone calls, most people not interested in speaking with me.
