Pros
Some very talented people work here, with very impressive industry experience Growing culture, some positive togetherness
Cons
Very poor management structure. Unreasonable expectations of workload - one person does the work of four. Very little progression opportunities. No investment in current staff for development. Very few benefits of note, limited private healthcare is provided and little else. People join and leave very quickly - huge turnover of staff. Very little communication from above, there are supposed to be monthly C level comm meetings which are regularly cancelled. Huge timezone differences between offices make things very difficult.
