I've worked at 3T for over 3 years and it has been a pleasure to be a part of this team. I joined when we had around 10 people, and as we've grown to several times that the culture has remained welcoming, open, friendly and lighthearted. It's rare to find a job where you actually look forward to Monday mornings, and we get things done while being able to enjoy it at the same time.

If you are used to working in very large companies you may find the small team restrictive by comparison
