Additionally, the office environment boasts a wealth of knowledgeable individuals who are willing to share their expertise and teach a variety of subjects. They are also offer 1 day WFH and a flexibility in accommodating emergencies or personal matters.
Cons
Projects suffer from inadequate resource allocation, resulting in staff working overtime to meet deadlines. There's a notable perception of favoritism in terms of recognition, where certain individuals, job roles, and projects receive praise, while others remain unnoticed and unacknowledged. Recent expense limitations have significantly diminished their practical utility. The office's convenient proximity to shops entails a 5-10 minute walk. It's essential to mention that the absence of AC during summer, is only offset by fans and open windows, resulting in an uncomfortably warm working environment.
