      Pros

      Suazio offers a very multicultural environment, workers are welcolming, friendly and enthusiastic. The atmosphere is mostly jovial and positive. Projects are very interesting and varied. Meticulous workers are definitely recognized and given more responsability quickly. Great Project Managers who are always available for guidance and feedback.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the work (on a project basis) as well as the constant flow of people coming in and out every week, it is very difficult to aim at a permanent contract. This becomes an issue as it increases frustration and competitiveness among workers, who feel that someone speaking the same language is a threat and is « stealing » their work. I believe this is a significant reason why people tend to leave after a few weeks.
