    Pros

    Lots of lovely colleagues and dedicated volunteers. Opportunity to work towards a NVQ and career advancement. Great cause. Great, busy shop to work in. Never a dull moment!

    Cons

    Can feel a bit unappreciated by higher management. Wanted to work full time hours but only part time avaliable at the time. Was being trained up to be Assistant Manager but didn't recieve even an interview when applied for positions when they came up.
