Having worked, since I left, with 3 other companies in the financial sector, none of them had this level of communication from so high Ranking managers. Honestly I really miss it. You work with smart people You learn a lot HR is actually helpful and there for you. Fun activities in the offices and great parties. The management really values OKR's and the anonymous feedback. A lot of documentation in place, processes, Policies etc. You know the value you bring and what is required of you because the CEO and the co founder actually communicate this and very often for that matter. I also used to have a very good manager in Compliance so that helped. I worked with other managers as well though and they were all very helpfull and knew what they were doing.
