Pros

- Most of the people who work here are very nice and it is great to work alongside them. - Central office location. - Free fruit every week. - Free coffee - Flexible to fit around university - The office is new and very nice generally.

Cons

- Your role description doesn't specify that you will be doing lots of other stuff too. - If you are a student, don't expect fair treatment or salary reviews at all. Your base salary will be low too. No paid holiday, sick leave, etc. - It can get very chaotic at times and stressful. - Most of the managers don't know what they are doing. - No career progression unless you are very lucky. - It doesn't matter how long you have been in the company, if the management likes someone more, they will be in favour regardless of your experience. - Toilets are very bad. - The company seems to be focused more on trying to get as much money as possible while neglecting their employees. - You can get redundant just because "we don't need you any more". No feedback. - Lots of people are quitting because other companies pay better and/or offer better package.

Pros

Flexible part-time working hours, friendly colleagues, fairly relaxed working environment. Good pay to start with.

Cons

People are pidgeon-holed into their roles, and have little knowledge / motivation to develop outside them. A lot of micro-management and very questionable business decisions. Fairly low pay once you gain some experience and tense atmosphere sometimes. Some people who have key roles in the company seem to have no idea what they are doing. Recruitment is done extremely poorly - there is no dedicated person to handle recruitment, and very little effort is being put into it, which results in low quality candidates getting the jobs and high staff turnover. The work is very repetitive and there is almost no scope to take initiative and do more.

Pros

Good working environment, nice people and the work is very inspirational as you are practically help children learn. Job is fun.

Cons

Sometimes the atmosphere can get quite chaotic, there seems to somewhat be a gap of knowledge about their own systems.
