      Gaining experience working in mental health. Gaining experience in outdoor guiding with diverse seasonal opportunities.

      Cons

      Management/Owners are not truthful in dealings with employees. Employees are fast tracked into positions that they are not ready for because of high turn over, and this puts employees and clients at risk.
