No money behind the product... Incompetent management... Not willing to put the marketing muscle behind the product which is required to succeed... But, most of all... THEY DON'T PAY! And, if/when they DO pay, it is months & months after the due date!
My position with Summit was one that I would never have left, had some personal reasons not come up. Our company President is a GREAT man for whom I admire and look up to. His "family-team" dynamic is a remarkable way to keep everyone feeling uniquely important to the company. I found Summit to be a blessing to work for.

Benefits could be implemented, and a draw or at least a small base salary to cover expenses until you pull your business together.
