Often micromanaged and created a challenging environment. Credit for work was rarely acknowledged, and at times, it felt like contributions were taken without recognition. Communication was often circular, with unclear direction and repeated discussions that led nowhere. This individual showed favoritism, being friendly only with close colleagues, and came across as self-centered and ego-driven. It made it difficult to feel supported or valued in the role.
