Leaders act like gods. Leaders see themselves as teachers and always make them feel like they are better than you. Leads do not care about your previous work experience and want you to be shaped according to their wishes.
As I wrote to pros there are nice benefits but to use them you must follow the rules and even after applying the rules, you may not be able to use your conference and training budget because it has not been approved.
