Good for incompetent slackers to lay back and relax while having babies at home and still get paid
Cons
Poor management throughout the team with little or non communications within the team to discuss the progress of the projects No clear definition of the role or responsibility lead to queries being passing on among colleagues like football. You wouldn't find many with passion at work instead bunch of headless chickens with no clues what they doing. Chaotic environment full of politics and power play. The interview process is no where near professional as the HR knows hardly anything how to assess the candidate but exploiting on salary
