You can work from home but that might not be a good thing with all as you can’t always reach someone for assistance.
Cons
Wow, where to start. Upper management has no clue aboutbthe needs of field staff. Supervisors are not to helpful. When your over worked and out of time dont count on them helping you, unless you want to hear just get it done. There really is no work/personal life balance. When you want a vacation it’s pretty hard to schedule unless you dog it months in advance (to complicated to explain). Upper management speaks a great game and offers encouragement with broken promises. Bottom line, they are like vampires sucking you dry. They would rather los le hard/quality driven workers than slove the issues at hand.
