Pros
Great benefits, great building to work in, awesome team members, company sponsored team building events, monthly cookouts/food provided for lunch, room for growth as a team member, allows for communication and problem solving to continue to grow the company and team -members.
Cons
40 hours not guaranteed during holiday slow times, it appears money can be spent on fun/outward appearances vs paying employees a little more or guaranteeing full-time hours to those who are full-time year-round, when new products or projects are presented the time-frame to accomplish them isn't fairly assessed and can be a very tight window or pushed without regard to the existing workload or others schedules.
