Pros

Working at Support care Recruitment has been a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a supportive and positive work environment where the well-being of both staff and clients is a top priority. The management team is approachable, always willing to listen, and provides excellent support to ensure we can deliver the best care possible. They offer comprehensive training and continuous development opportunities, which have greatly enhanced my skills and confidence as a caregiver.

Cons

There are times when clients have high expectations that can be challenging to meet within the time or resources available. Clearer communication with clients about what can realistically be achieved during visits could help manage these expectations.

Lots of hours of work available

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees, shouting, yelling and stereotyping are the order of the day. Toxic work environment. No HR representation. They will not give staff who leave the company any reference of any sort, be it for further training or work reference, making it difficult for staff to grow and pursue better conditions.
