Pros
1. Good company for freshers to start their career. 2. They will provide a lot of training during ramp-up period (Max 6 months). 3. Lot of Strict training and evaluation process to make you fit as perfect employee for their company 4. Lot of people from this company got job outside after 3 years of bond period so they will help you to a good job immediately after coming out from this company. 5. Most of the HR people from good product based companies in Bangalore knows about this company so they will get good thoughts about you during HR interview at their organization. 6. No gender bias and more safety and security for female employees. But work level they will treat everyone as equal.
Cons
1. Very very less salary means your salary will be lesser than agriculture coolies. 2. Sometimes you need to pay extra money to the company during your evaluation period for your accommodation (Accommodation cost will be higher than stipend ). 3. They will treat their employees as a slave. 4. if you give your feedback during your evaluation period then you may be fired and you have to pay an amount equal to 24 times of your last pay. 5. If you are from a good family background, then they will reject you during interview without any other second thoughts. Because you may become their enemies in future if you found difficulties during employment period. 6. Work life balance is negative. So you may end up having insomnia. 7. Forget about your family, personal life during your employment. You have to work like a machine. 8. Notice period is 3 months but it can extend to 6 months depending on your fate.
