Come here at the start of your career for good training and experience
Pros
Very good training standards, good place to 'learn the ropes' if you're new to the industry / first job. Hybrid working. Rapidly growing group of companies with good opportunities for growth in the future.
Cons
Compensation is below industry standards. The non monetary benefits provided are the same or only marginally better than offered elsewhere. There is a bonus scheme but it is unclear and lacking. The pension is good but doesn't compensate for the downsides. Hard to attract and maintain ambitious people during an ongoing cost of living crisis in the UK on such low pay for their experience/skills alongside an ever increasing workload and stress level. Severe erosion of skilled staff in recent years because of this. Disconnect between 2M management and the rest of the company in terms of how our group of companies actually operate. Major decisions are made in isolation at this level with no input from the rest of the company leading to very bad outcomes.
