Pros

Some flexibility in working hours, work from home etc.

Cons

1. The number of engagements will start to decrease noticeably, due to fewer cases being raised. This will impact clients and suspect they will not be happy. 2. The leadership of Engagement services is very poor, no drive and cannot answer concerns raised. 3. product development, seems the Sustainalytics guys driving the change do not understand the quality of the product they are messing with. And it is becoming increasingly diluted. 4. Demoralised staff, in a number of offices acquired from GES.
