Top management recruits, retains and promotes ONLY people they know - it does not matter if they have the necessary skills or not. Top and heavy management structure, most of whom don't have the skills for the job - a total drain on investor funds. Those who have the needed skills for the job but not part of the circle are literally pushed out. Leadership promotes a 'clique' culture .
