I joined SwiftKick during the pandemic. Like most new hires for any company, I was concerned about how the company would handle the curveballs of 2020. I was pleasantly surprised by their transparency and inclusivity. Leadership checks in asking when we'd feel safe returning to the office and doesn't pressure us. When I need supplies or tools for my job, I get them within a reasonable time frame. I went to the office and was encouraged to take whatever supplies I needed, like a fancy LG 34' UltraWide monitor. The culture is the best it could be, considering we've been primarily remote my entire time here. We've had virtual happy hours, game nights, bike club, etc. There is a slack channel for most topics like gaming, mental health, pizza club, etc. Although I've only met some of the team members in person, I do feel as though most of my coworkers are also my friends. The CEO is a down-to-earth family man. He appreciates honesty and encourages his team to call him out if and when necessary.

Work with smart and nice people on interesting projects. Nice office location and equipment when we can get back to using it. All hands meetings on Friday give visibility into what everyone is doing. Leadership is transparent and accessible.
