Pros

I’ve been working here nearly coming up to a year now. This was my first brokering role and it has been a breeze since starting. James has been so supportive with my leads and deals and Adam had provided me such a good foundation to begin my career

Cons

Just the stairs to get up to the office

Pros

I was the first group after the government stopped doing traineeships, So SwiftSwitch had did something new which was known as a training period, I was in a group of 5- now I am the only one left from that group, The company was completely different from when i started. Initially SwiftSwitch was about training young people like myself who had no sales experience whatsoever and developing into salespeople. Even though my development has been slower compared to others, both managers (Adam and Ted) have each taken the time to help me as a salesperson and also help develop me into a better person/adult with a lot of time and patience, even with some struggles, faults and dips along the way. Now that its 6 months from when i started, this company has grown massively and im happy to say that i am part of the current project that is happening to help develop the company into being the best it can be. Thank you to everyone at SwiftSwitch including the other staff into developing me to become a better human and salesperson, and another thank you to the managers and directors into giving me chances and sometimes second chances into proving myself.

Cons

Very mentally challenging type of sales and the stairs are the worst. Commute is also expensive and long.

Pros

I knew I was attending a traineeship so expected training and some sort of experience, but i wasnt prepared for just how much I would end up doing. It's been hard but I've learnt so much about myself, I'm more confident now and feel ready to get into work properly. I hope I'm kept on as its a great environment for young people new to work, and I want to be like some of the agents that started where I am who are all now really successful.

Cons

Calling can be tedious and hard as not everyone is nice on the phone. You need perserverance for this role but I guess it comes with the industry.
