1. No business plan to develop a competitive product. 2. Time spent on fire-fighting activities to resolve issues created by the terrible quality of the products this company has previously delivered to their customers. 3. No career development other than taking-up the workload from someone who's been lucky enough to leave the company. 4. No training of any kind. 5. No working from home. 6. Basic salary with no benefits other than minimum legal. 7. Depressing office environment. 8. Some managers actively demotivating employees.
