- whole company is very cliquey - communication is TERRIBLE - managers are inconsistent, unhelpful and generally terrible at their job - everything is very suspicious - treats people terribly with no reasoning or justification - no support or guidance from anybody Avoid this company at all costs

Generally friendly people Politically and industry connected CEO.

Cons

Founders don't have leadership skills - they micromanage, fail to communicate and constantly change tactics creating widespread instability. There is very little tech here and of what there is it is highly unstable. People don't last long. The turnover here is similar to a company much larger.

Good experience for naive beginners, get 'acquainted' with the real world. Fully remote

Cons

They'll use you up and spit you out. Mass redundancies while your roles are replaced with cheaper labour. False promises of progression. Secretive management culture. Low pay, unrealistic deadlines, bad processes, incompetent management.
