      Pros

      Great environment. It's suitable for persons whose looks for rest.

      Cons

      You will not gain any experience. Technical team are very weak. Code written in bad practices (Nothing right in code except the syntax). Strong technical employees resigns before 8 months. Lack of tasks (You will be bored most of the time). Fake evaluation, Same review result given to all employees (Your work does not matter)

      - A great potential for improvement, unfortunately, there's pressure from upper management to keep things the same

      Cons

      - A very toxic environment - Bad culture, cursing, cussing and sexual-based jargon is the norm - Management encourages employees to overthrow each other - HR are only decoration, whenever reported to them their answer was "we can't change things" - Manager physically assaulted 2 employees on 2 different occasions - Management asks employees to take work home, and they never offer overtime
