      Terrible ownership Massively overworked Staff are continuously overwhelmed, unhappy and leaving. Senior Staff misconduct and lack of skill/management are ignored by owners & HR, creating a toxic environment for other staff There is no adequate and trustworthy HR, meaning staff do not trust that their concerns/issues will be resolved A preference is always placed on Chinese colleagues and employment as the majority of their projects are all from one Chinese client, Non Chinese staff members will feel very marginalised from work due to this. Projects are mostly the same with zero environmental consideration Any UK students will not learn best practices, and learning opportunities are scarce.

      Roof Terrace and good work space Friday drink yoga and PT

      Cons

      Office brochure said ego dead, but you need to treat the owners as king. They make jokes and take advantage to staff. High pressure work environment, low pay. No speak other language apart from English at work Monitoring staff. Owner review the design at end of day with alcohol. I am so happy left the company and it is the worst work place ever, one time the client touched me, but I didn’t say anything! I know they wouldn’t care as it is the only client they have!

      Very bad experience and boring projects

      - Very good and nice chef for free lunch - If you are looking for an easy job with not too much ambition that's the place for you! My team was the best but unfortunately, it was not appreciated for the full talent that we have

      Cons

      - Very poor team bonding - The projects are entirely in China, mostly working for a developer. The studio is basically the English office of a big brand developer for retail in China. - The quality of the projects is based on copying pinterest images - After I left, they stole my private belongings that i left in box and give to someone else that came to work. Basically I came back to pick it up 2 days after. and all my stuff they were gone, I asked several times to have it back and they were keep replying to me, that everything that enter that door is studio properties. Very bad studio management
